Barburrito - Stoney Creek

I am not happy at all, I ordered a large chicken burrito and barely and i mean barely got any chicken, it was like 90 percent veggie burrito. I counted maybe 5 pieces of actually chicken in the burrito, total scam and not professional to take advantageof the customer like that, the crispy chicken was good but there was hardly any chicken at all, you lost a customer.

I wish if I could make this no star? worse management, worse experience. I will never recommend anyone to go this location. I ignored 2 times my experience before this, i thought sometime it happened bcz guys are busy but now its 3 time, now i have topost my review. Food is expensive but they are not adding enough quantity and also one time , After paying our bill, my wiferequested them just for a side sauce, i think it was only 1-2oz container but the lady working there she charged for that evenwe paid $5 tip in cash. And this time, it?s disgusting, food was smelled. I don?t know why, but i will request the bar burritohead office to must visit and inspect this location. I will never come back here.

This place is typically great, with delicious food that I see as a healthier option where you can customize your meal. The burrito bowls are usually satisfying, but today was disappointing. I always request less rice to help with my weight loss goals and extra veggies for a balanced portion. However, the server was very stingy with the jalapeños, only giving me five pieces in the entire bowl. I ordered the shrimp bowl with the sauce on the side and was charged an extra dollar for it, which didn't make sense to me since the sauce would have been included anyway. I feel like I didn't get enough food and now I'm still hungry after finishing my meal, which is not the usual experience for me. I feel like I was overcharged and ripped off. I usually come here for lunch, but now I think I'll just go to other places for burrito bowls. It's $5 cheaper at Tim Hortons and they give you a larger portion than what I received today.

I was appalled when I found out that this restaurant was going to send my Skip the Dishes delivery driver two-hour-old fish tacos. They didn't see a problem with this, which was very concerning. I will not be ordering from them again, as their lack of concern for food quality and customer health and safety is unacceptable.

The service at this restaurant is excellent and the food is consistently fresh and delicious every time I visit (which is once a week if possible)! A big thank you to the friendly servers for their hospitality. I highly recommend that everyone try something from this restaurant!
