Írjon visszajelzéstWe had to wait 10 minutes to be seated, and it wasn't because the restaurant was busy or short-staffed—it was simply because the teenage servers were more focused on their phones and chatting than on attending to us. The food took about 40 minutes to arrive, while drinks took around 15 minutes. Considering the prices, I expected much better quality.
I was disappointed with my experience last night. We waited nearly 20 minutes before our waitress arrived; we would have appreciated starting with drinks if they had been offered. The waitress wore sunglasses and paid very little attention to us. A family member ordered the steak, expecting it to come with potatoes and vegetables as stated on the menu, but instead received double portions without any inquiry from the waitress. All of the fries were overly salty. I often dine at another Turtle Jack's location and typically find both the service and quality to be impressive, but last night was a major letdown.
Absolutely fantastic spot! The service was incredible, and the food was delicious! My wife and I visited for the first time today and had a wonderful experience. We’ll definitely be coming back more often!
Terrible eating! the service was slow. we ordered two orders from basa fish tacos, bruschetta, bang bang shrimp. a soft drink and a glass of red wine. the garnels were not recognizable and smeared in a bowl with little sauce. the cloves are frozen. I had to open the garnels to see if it was clogged because it didn't taste like that. the bruschetta brot was hard! with a feta sprinkle hardly to beat. no balsamic glaze or garlic aïoli above, as I remember last time I visited. the fish on the tacos was the only thing that tasted fresh. the drinks were good, but how can you screw red wine and arnold palmer. the bill was about $89. we went to Alexandro on the upper james after we were still hungry and unsatisfactory.
We have been enjoying Turtle Jacks Upper Centennial location since 2011. Always great service and food. Most recently very disappointing on both aspects. It was like our server had left the building unannounced. We found ourselves recruiting the help of other servers to get us a drink or check on our food order. Finally after close to one hour we requested the manager. We were extremely anxious by this time and feeling very neglected . A server ALICIA came to our table appologized for the extreme delay and was honest about the reason our table had been left unattended for such a length of time. Im not going to give details only say that perhaps understanding was necessary in this instance) As a result of ALICIA'S professional handling of this unfortunate situation we were back on track with what was to be a fun evening with friends. ALICIA ...you know who we are and always know that we were most impressed with your ability to quickly turn a bad situation into a positive one. YOU ARE A REAL ASSET TO YOUR EMPLOYER Thank you
