Wendy's - Stoney Creek

I frequently visit Wendy's, but this was my first time using the drive-thru at this particular location, and I have to say it was the best experience I've had at any Wendy's or fast food chain. Everything was perfect and just as it should be. They didn't forget any napkins, utensils, or condiments. I really have no complaints; I was 100% satisfied. The next time I’m in the area, I will definitely return to this location. Great job to the team working on November 14, 2022, around 5:25 p.m., especially cashier number 31 97. Thank you!

This place is very dirty. The cashier doesn't enter the amount of money you give, so I'm pretty sure there’s some cash being pocketed. I got distracted while paying and didn’t notice the change I received; the cash in the register seemed to match. The food was awful. I had a healthy and tasty meal at Sobeys that was cheaper, and I even got an extra meal out of it.

This restaurant often closes early. Their website states they are open until 10 PM on Tuesday nights, but when I arrived at 9:50 PM, I found the lights off. A few other disappointed customers and I rushed over, hoping to get there before closing, but we had no luck. Why advertise 10 PM as the closing time if you plan to shut down at a quarter to or ten minutes before? Thank goodness for McDonald's, which was still open!

Despite the challenges faced in the customer service industry, this restaurant consistently stands out! The staff is always courteous and polite, even during busy and stressful periods. The drive-thru service is nearly always smooth and efficient, and the food is consistently hot and prepared to order. I haven't had a single bad experience so far. Thank you!

This is the second time I've had a problem with my burger being served cold, even after they replaced it with a fresh one. They definitely need to work on their burger preparation or seriously think about a different line of work.
