Dunkin' - Stony Brook

I was about to write a negative review for this restaurant, but my perspective has completely shifted. They have all new staff and management, and this change is clearly evident in their customer service. The employees now greet you with a smile while taking your order, ensuring you get exactly what you need—something I didn't experience with the previous management and employees. It reminds me of the great service I receive at the Dunkin' near my home, and I'm really pleased to see the bad old system replaced with a much better one. For anyone who was previously disappointed with this place, I recommend giving it another chance. Hopefully, you'll have the same positive experience that I did today.

I had a mixed experience at the restaurant. The selection of food could have been improved, but the staff were fantastic!

I absolutely love this place! It's one of the rare coffee spots near Stony Brook Campus that is open 24 hours a day. The staff is friendly, the prices are reasonable, and the wait times are impressively short. The space is generally clean and can easily accommodate large groups. In terms of the menu, they offer all the standard diner-style options. Plus, there's parking available in both the front and back of the restaurant.
