One of my favorite casinos! You have a nice gift shop, it's a little expensive, but I think it's worth it. It also has places to eat, somehow like a dish and they have a restaurant. If you want Picky about what you want to eat, definitely gives you a few options!! You have a nice selection of slot machines and also poker/blackjack etc tables Last time I was there, they had a small section that was a smoker zone. The staff is amazing, but I saw them following and packing a guy tonight (they could have brought him out of the cold at least when he was in cuffs, instead of lying on the cold concrete with like 5 of them on him) All who go on, they have many parking spaces and handicap parking spaces and entrances that are also accessible to disabled people. Just go and have a good time!!

My husband and I were here with the teamsters and had a great time. I love the layout of the casino and how it is a circle with restaurants on the outside. There's so much to do and you don't even have to leave the hotel to do it. The pool and the hot tub were not very exciting, but still a nice addition. I enjoyed the hotel transfer to the mall. Our room was clean and beautiful. The staff was very nice and helpful and professional. I'd come back! Thank you.

I highly recommend participating in any congress or event here! They do a phenomenal task of hosting. The food is wonderful and the staff is friendly and helpful. The pool is low, but clean. It was a beautiful place to relax. The food is a bit too expensive at the hotel, but you are close enough amenities that it is not a big deal. My biggest disappointment was the gift shop. The website has a gift shop, the indigenous product, it is just a small cabinet with mostly toiletries and a few souvenirs. I would like to have seen a real gift shop with objects from local/indigenous artists/manufacturers and some branded articles. All in all, a great experience, especially for the conventions we have visited.

Grand guard. As the first person to interact with most people when they arrive, it is not only his job to provide security, but to give an excellent first impression. He chased us that we both found a little strange at our age, but he discovered our mild but calm annoyance perfectly and smoothed things by saying he needed to look at someone who looked under 32 (which is absolutely correct) and we joke well, that is actually a supplement then! There is a server with really bad body smell in the restaurant The Kitchen. I don't want to identify him and cause him embarrassment or worse, but it seems that management would have to discuss with sensitivity and without sending him out. He seems pleasant enough and his service was fine, but it was so bad, I didn't even share the bill with my party because we didn't smell the smell. A bus who put a table wished us a nice day completely unprompted, which is an excellent customer service. Was not thrilled that there are no 5 dollars tables available, so we 20 dollars on slots instead. I would definitely have spent more if there were lower limit tables. Even a lower limit at low traffic times would be nice as they do in Red Deer with 2 Dollar Blackjack. I hope I will change the 4 to 5 on our next visit!

This is a pretty nice casual casino, with many restaurant and fast food dining options. The Kitchen is our favourite restaurant, it has great food and specials. The smoking section, Embers, is very well separated, I actually didn't even know it existed the first few times I visited. It's generally nice and clean and well staffed.
