Food was not the best, and customer service was just OK. I guess I expected more. Pancake Factory 's Breakfast was better in comparison

Went here with my family for a good breakfast. The service was great, our server was attentive. He forgot to bring one dish out but once we brought it to his attention, it came out in a few seconds. The place was busy at the time, and the interior was fine. I ordered the coco berry pancakes and my cousin ordered the Lox benedict. The pancakes tasted good and it looked great out of the kitchen. The lox benedict was a little too salty by itself, but it was better with the potatoes (overall it was still good). The other 8 people with us seemed satisfied with their meals. The bathrooms were reasonably clean.

I actually went out of my way to visit the Pancake Factory, despite its distance from where I live. Today, I ordered a walnut waffle with fresh strawberries on top. However, to my disappointment, when it was served, there were no walnuts. I brought this to the attention of the staff, and they took it back to make a new one. Unfortunately, the replacement waffle contained bananas inside, which I explicitly mentioned I did not want. When I raised my concern with the manager, they adamantly insisted that there were no bananas and seemed to imply that I was mistaken. It 's disheartening to have had to endure a surprise of a hot slimy banana in my waffle and receive such dismissive treatment.

Hi I have been there for breakfast really great variety of pancakes and breakfast options But, went for dinner. Really amazing selection. I had stuffed Salmon with veggies n fries. It was a special also cam with salad and desert. Very reasonable priced. Great service. Very clean A friend got chx quesadilla. Cheesy with big chunks of chicken. The Turkey burger with Swiss was huge and a go to for a fiend of mine with Another lady asked for bacon burger no bread and they nicely accommodated. Also wine was a decent pour I would def return and recommend. Large wheelchair accessible!
