Super slow service, took them forever to do anything; order drinks, then order food, then after waiting long time they told me they didn't have the basic

I'm not sure why this location has such poor reviewsWe were looking for a quick place to stop on our way home from New Hampshire.

This is probably the worst TGI Friday's we've ever been toI had the chicken finger dinner, and what came was what looked like a small appetizer.

Six of us went for a light dinner after a show. We shared appetizers, all of which were super! My brother had a salad (arugula, red and yellow beets, pistachios and creme fraiche) which he declared the best he'd ever eaten. Very pleasant, welcoming and helpful staff. The only thing missing was a glass of wine and a few beers... it's BYO, which we didn't realize.

Very tasty food. Excellent presentation. Friendly staff. Nice ambience. Neat neighborhood scene. Highly recommended. The place has potential.
