Papa John's Pizza - Stow

Update: Ate here again and the food was AWESOME. Maybe they have new employees, but everything was extremely fresh and the staff was very professional. From 4 stars to 5!

The five Stars is for the quality of the food. I know it's been tough times of staffing and people are worn out and tired because they work their butts off. But sometimes being rude is not a good thing

Great pizza at a reasonable price but only if you request something from their unadvertised deal menu such as a large The Works and then have it Papa Sized to to extra large, otherwise their prices are totally outrageous!! I can buy two rotisserie cooked chickens from any grocery store in our area for the same price as their ' deal pizza and FOUR rotisserie cooked chickens for the same price as their non-deal extra large pizza. We really have to have a taste for pizza to even buy their deal pizza.

I ordered two pizzas online and had trouble changing the size, so we ended up with large ones. The young man who greeted us upon arrival was very nice. My wife and I really enjoyed our pizzas. We're happily snacking on the large portions!

This location is the best Papa John’s around if you’re looking for amazing, fresh toppings, friendly staff, and a clean environment. After years of rude service and disappointing pizzas at the State Road location—where the pies were often under-topped, food was served cold, and I witnessed staff making pizzas with bare hands before handling cash—I decided to make the switch. The Stow location deserves a full five stars for their thick pizzas, loaded with toppings that always look just like the photos. I never have to worry about staff handling money between making pizzas here! Great job to the Stow team—you’ve gained a new loyal customer!
