My wife has a disability and has a service animal the manager Paul was very rude talking about he do not care if it's a service animal or protected under federal law he will not serve my wife anything and I told him well I will report him to corporate what is his his last name he said my name is Paul that's all you need to know and refuse to show his name tag the incident happened on the May 21st had approximately 11:30 a.m. just lost customers for life I will never support another KFC established as long as I live

Always always a line and they're not very professional. And I think Kentucky fried chicken prices have gone way too high. And I think the kernel will be turning over in his grave if he knew what they were doing now with the stupid donuts and chicken sandwich. What idiot thought of that not to mention the health issues.

So KFC we meet again for another epic let down. I stopped by this establishment to partake in some of the new popcorn chicken nuggets and a chicken little sandwich. Let's start with the chicken little, this sandwich gave a whole new meaning to little, the sandwich was flat and pressed like a burrito the chicken was under cooked and the pickles are chewy like rubber. The popcorn chicken nuggets are not much better the breading was soft and barely holding on to the nuggets and the chicken was hard and chewy these poor nuggets looked like they had been around for a while. I will have to say I am not one to waste food but I literally could not eat the food and had to throw it away. I will not be returning to this KFC I left a two star review due to the friendly service at this location everyone was helpful and nice but the food quality was by far the worst I have had in a very long time

Can I say attitudes!!!!??! Do not go here. They are so rude and obnoxious.. I went in there in a good mood and walked out like wtf. No one smiles. The big guy behind the counter seems as if he hates his job and the workers looked overworked. The food was blahhhh. The biscuit tasted like dough and I mean play dough ughhhh. I will drive to Bpt, Main St location before I go back to Stratford KFC!

Went to this KFC the other day and let me tell you... they've got no system. 3 customers that ordered food came back missing items...so I prayed they got mine correct. They didn't!!!! They missed my side of Mac cheese...so I had to drive back. If they only had a system; I'll tell you all what to do. For people with orders print the receipt out and as items go into the bag check it off. It's not rocket science and you won't have anymore aggravated customers. Two ladies had an argument with the manager while I was there...and you can't blame them cause we are paying alot more money for less sub par food. This morning when I got up I was burping what tasted like old cooking oil. NOT GOOD. I WILL NOT BE BACK TO THIS KFC!!!!
