Dunkin' - Streetsboro

Absolutely absurd that they’re supposed to open pretty early, low and behold i place an order through the app and at 6:50 AM when they should be open i’m sitting there waiting in the drive thru and see that all the lights are off and there’s not a soul in the store. not even a sign on the door to explain why. then i had to go through the painful process of contacting customer support to get a refund which is a pain in the butt. why accept mobile orders if nobody is even there?? and why weren’t people there at 7 AM?! i was livid

I've been going to this dunkin almost every morning for three years and the staff used to be friendly, efficient and the food and coffee used to be fresh. Now the donuts are stale. The cold brew taste old and you'd be lucky to get waited on. There's been three times I've sat at the drive through at 6:00 a.m. when they open at 5:00 and they never waited on me, I had to leave, do better Dunkin

They are never open in morning and accept orders from people and it's stealing people money.

There is no enthusiasm or sense of urgency from the employees in this store. Ordered cold coffee half doz donuts and breakfast sandwich. Waited inside almost 20 minutes. Sandwich was cold. Someone needs to re evaluate these employees customer service and sense of urgency.
