Kfc - Strip District

Location closes at 11pm but when I arrived at 10:20pm, drive thru cashier was rude and said they were closed.

Website said open till 11....arrived 10:19pm.....doors open.....told was closed.....bad communication!

I arrived at this location at 9:45pm. The person in front of me in the drive-thru was sitting for about 10 minutes with no one taking their order. So, I went around and pulled into the parking lot. The sign on the door says that the counter closes at 10:30pm and the drive-thru at 11pm. The moment I walked in the door at 10:06 I was greeted by several employees screaming WE'RE CLOSED! I looked at my phone for the time and walked out. I won't make the mistake of going there again, even during the day.

Food was old Dry chicken and biscuits. Gravy was watery mashed potatoes tasteless.

I’ve been here too many times over too many years and I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad experience at this specific location. Chicken was delicious, fries were good, biscuit was good. I’ll always come here as long as I live here.
