Maietta's - Strip District

Worse place for delieries. I waited two hours for a cold wedgie and they did nothing about it! A 35 year customer and they did nothing! Well I guess they don’t need me anymore as a customer! Bye! Your father would roll over in his grave to see how you are treating his customers!

Great pizza. Great crust perfect amount of sauce. Very generous with extra cheese. Delivery driver followed instructions. I will be making them one of my go to places for a pie. I had mine delivered that's why I didn't rate the atmosphere at the joint. This pizza snob from NY recommends this as one of the best I've had in my 5 years in Pittsburgh. Great job guys.

On Wednesday the 5th 2024. I made an order for a cheese steak hoagie with lettuce, tomato, onion and Mayo. What I received was a plain cheese steak with no toppings. Regardless to say I was disappointed and my mother was not happy. So I call Marietta's to complain and was promised a credit. A few days later, I call to redeem the credit and the person who gave me the credit. All of a sudden he doesn't remember!!! R U SERIOUS!!! I been in Pittsburgh all my life this got to be one the worst restaurants I've ever been in !!! WHAT A RIP OFF!!!. I'M NEVER ORDER FOOD FROM THEM AGAIN!!! BEWARE BAD SERVICE!!!

I have been going to this restaurant for over 15 years and have just now experience a racial slur from new employees and the food has gotten terrible over time! Bring back old management for more family values!

Had 3 different types objects in a dozen of hot wings. Rude customer service.
