Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Strongsville

The food was good. However, the girl at the register had a rather tough demeanor and could use some improvement in customer service. When I thanked her, she simply replied, "Yup!" That’s not the kind of hospitality you’d expect in East Cleveland. At least they try to maintain some level of courtesy.

This was my first time visiting this restaurant, even though it has been in my neighborhood for a while. I just hadn't gotten around to trying it until a friend suggested we go through the drive-thru. The staff were friendly, and despite the long line just before closing, the service was surprisingly quick. My drink was fantastic! I’m planning to go inside next time because there are so many ways to customize drinks to your liking. Everything was absolutely delicious, and I will definitely be back very soon!

I placed a delivery order and included bananas as a side for two lunches. When I received my order, the bananas were in such bad shape that they were completely black and falling apart. If this is the quality of the bananas they use in their smoothies, I am seriously concerned about the quality of their other fruits as well.

This is my first time here and I love it! I had the three cheeks and it was delicious. I also had the bahama mama smoothie, all I can say is yum! I'm coming back?

This address is not a Tropical Smoothie. Very much not happy. I?m traveling and got off the highway for this and it isn?t even correct. The attached photos is what is actually at this address.
