Flood's - STROUDSBURG

We found this place at our first night here and the receptionist from the hotel recommend it very much. Drinks were good price and service also well. they have a jukebox so we had the chance to play favorites

Floods always have good food, cold beer and an inviting atmosphere. go for the wings, go for the burgers, go for the beer. make sure they are here. the personal was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive, especially bretagne our server. Eating was great. had the hot wings, french wobbles suppe, mushroom black burger and wobble rings. great from beginning to end.

Always loved her eating and it is still good, but portions were drastically smaller and the prices rose. I have starved and that was with an order of praise. my cheese steak wrap was edgeline to size.

For no customers... very slow. And for the $10 Pierogies I got....(5)... on a small bread plate with a point Sauerrahm on the side. No onions...Nothing....and for $10! Crazy. Wings were good, very small.

We usually come here when we stay here. Tonight was our last time. Our waitress was absolutely terrible (and I used to be waitress). We ordered our appetizers and entrees, 45 minutes walk by, more tables come, several tables order our same appetizers, they get their appetizers, another 25 minutes and a food runner serves us with our appetizers and entrees at the same time. Who serves the appetizers and entrees at the same time?! Even at the order I said we had it as an appetizer. After the order we don't even see our waitress for one and a half hours, my fiancée was without a drink for over 40 minutes. Our waitress didn't do her job and run her own food or check tables or her orders when she saw that there was no food on the table. She just ignored us. She then had the nerve to tell us “it’s the reason that the restaurant is busy” and does not even apologize for her mistake. At first the restaurant was not busy. Second, several tables came after us and ordered the same appetizers as we, after our order was placed, and got it 10-15 minutes before us. Absolutely terrible service. Many other restaurants on the block to take our business.
