Írjon visszajelzéstThey need more people on at night from 6-9. There 's often an extensive wait in the drive-thru, so last night I ordered online for the first time. I got there and still had to wait a good amount past the promised time to get my order. Additionally, I think better planning would help as they had a lot of bone-in chicken only half cooked on the grill, so they clearly are not planning in advace with anticipation of the dinner crowd. I know this happens often because several times I 've pued up to the drive-thru speaker and was greated with we arw currently out of bone-in ????.
For year I gave Pollo Tropical 5 stars, but today I changed my opinion. Yesterday we asked for a carry out. The lid of the black beans container wasn´t correctly closed, so we losed half of the beans. The Crispy Chicken was burned. Wonder if they only had one kind of sauces, because we asked that´s what we got. I´ll be back maybe next year to see if they improved the service. I´m sorry.
This place will not let you down if your looking for a screwed up order, rude staff, and a drive thru line that takes 30 minutes. They are consistent tho? on screwing up your order. Past 3 times I said no beans, I mean idk if I have to scream it next time or what. Disappointing.
Sunday afternoon around 3:30ish, 7 cars in line over half hour and when I pull up to the speaker they told me the system is down and don't know when it's coming back up. I can wait. When I ask how long this is going on as I saw other cars going through. Told me it's a shift change, we're not taking orders . Second shift was friendly but I ordered half chicken all white meat and when I got home. Surprised again. Not what I ordered. Been coming here for years and lately been very disappointed.
I?ve been to many Apollo Tropical but it was my first time at the one in Stuart and I messed up my order and had to go back and redo everything Gio the cashier had very much patience with me, he didn?t get upset or aggravated because I kept changing my order. He made sure he understood so there wasn?t a mistake again! When I told Christian the Gm he wasn?t upset either he made sure I was satisfied and kept a great attitude! When Dolce the shift manager had to refund everything back on to the card she was so pleasant and had no attitude, she smiled and told me my food will be out shortly! I really appreciate them all! ????
