Food was good, especially liked the BLT Chicken Crunch... unfortunately the order was slightly inaccurate... missing one order of onion rings (our favourite) got an extra fry instead... overall meal was delicious

Chicken strips were good. Onion rings were burnt. Picked peach turnover, however, its no longer available. A&W worker called and asked if apple was okay. Very polite.

Why is it so difficult to add fries to my kids pack? I need to order an extra fry everytime.

I use to come in fairly often. It?s been a while. But this was the only time something was off. I?m pretty sure someone had spicy wasabi for lunch and didn?t wash thier hands, because my mushroom buger had the overwhelming taste of spicy wasabi. It was hard to enjoy my meal with the overwhelming wasabi flavour in my burger. Not sure how that got there.
