Montana's BBQ Bar Sudbury

My order was late and messed up but it was my server first day on the job as I was told . However everything else was great

The overall experience was very disappointing. Our table was extremely wobbly. When we ask to be seated somewhere else, we were told we'd have to be out in half an hour cause there was another party of 15 coming in..... So when the other party showed up, we mentioned wow, 15 people. They said no there's only five of us.... So were we lied to? I had made reservations we shouldn't have been told we had a time limit. This being one of our favorite restaurants we were very disappointed. The food was not up to par. The corn bread was cold like it was in the fridge. The ribs just weren't good. Definitely gonna second guess going there again. Something so simple as a wobble table. Could it not be fixed??? The noise level was also through the roof I could hardly hear my partner from across the table. For a restaurant as busy as yours. You think these things would be addressed. The only good thing was our server was amazing.

We visited this restaurant on Valentine's Day and it was very busy. The manager went from table to table to assist and made us feel valued. She seemed genuinely happy for us to be there. The noise level was higher than usual but I attribute that to the holiday. Overall, it was a fantastic experience with tasty food.

It felt like they were rushing us out, not inquiring if we desired more drinks, etc. Essentially, they seemed eager to turn over the table.
