Papa John's - Sudbury

Glad we made the wrong turn and saw the store, since I love pizza I had to stop and try it. Ordered the works and it was perfect, great crust and just the right amount of toppings. Will try it again.

Have been ordering from Papa John's, on Lasalle, quite frequently. We love their melt in the mouth crust and their topppings are always fresh. Great value for your money. If you like pizza (the way we do) you gotta get the best---and that's at Papa John's.

We stopped by on our way home from shopping. No one wanted to cook, so pizza is always a 'go to' choice. Staff greeted us upon arrival, took our order and gave us our time to return. When we went back, it was just being cut and boxed. With the pizza still piping hot, it gave us the excuse to wait until we got home, rather than devouring it all in the car.

Ordered a extra large "the works" pizza. They show it to you with pride as you pick it up. The toppings are fresh like they promise, however they really make the pizza all dough and hardly enough toppings. Each slice has 2 pieces of pepperoni, and there is a total of 26 pieces of sliced olive on the entire pizza. The Italian sausage also counts in at 3 small bites per slice. The crust is 80 percent of the pizza, although the flavour is good the crust is not very crispy and you feel like you are eating an undercooked slab of dough with minimal toppings. The crust is near an inch thick on the edges. $26 bucks for this seems a little much considering the lack of toppings. There are better pizza places in this town.

Cut to the chase.......great pizza with quick service.....ordered the works with a medium hot sauce swirl.......and a chicken bacon ranch.......lots of flavour in both.....obviously fresh ingredients......veggies were el dente.......lots of meat on both......right amount of tomato sauce.........the chicken ranch is different, the white sauce it really nice.....crust is chewy and great flavour.......lots of toppings......too bad they don't deliver out to the valley but look out pizza places in Sudbury they will be a force to reckon with.
