Ihop - Suffolk

This restaurant has the worst service ever! We didn't receive any food, only drinks. My youngest daughter didn't even get her drink and started crying from hunger. We were there for over an hour. Do not come to this restaurant!

I ordered from IHOP through Door Dash, but unfortunately, my meal was not packed properly. I only received one butter for two stacks of pancakes, no utensils, two sour creams were missing, salsa was missing, and the phone number listed did not work. This was quite inconvenient and I was not pleased with the service.

Several patrons, myself included, had to wait more than 25 minutes before our drink orders were even taken. Many customers left because of the slow and disorganized service. There were not enough servers, resulting in patrons receiving cold food. Fortunately, my meal was fresh, but it still took an extra 20 minutes after ordering to receive it. This level of service was unacceptable, even for those not in a rush.

The eggs were under cooked, the waitress brought extra hashbrown and charged me. Plus she never came back to fill our drinks. She was up front talking with another waitress instead of bringing our drinks. The table was dirty and when I asked for a rag to wash the table off, she didn't bring one so I got up and asked someone else and they gave me a towel. They ran out of breakfast bowls. her name is Taylor R. Ihop is going down hill.

My daughter's boyfriend took my daughter and me for breakfast. Our waitress, Kim, was polite, friendly and efficient. I had gravy biscuits, my daughter had the crepe combo and her boyfriend had the breakfast sampler. The food was cooked to perfection and came quickly! So why not 5 stars; because I came home with bedbug bites on my side. I don't have bedbugs and neither does my daughter. I did notice the booth where I was sat has torn upholstery. I know this is where the bites occurred. IHOP you're wasting a valuable crew with shoddy furnishings.
