Subway - Sugar Hill

Dacula has the best subway in Gwinnett. Actually, I've never had better food at another subway.

They always close a hour early. Smh. Change the hours to 9:00pm so potential customers don’t drive up here for nothing.

Just left this establishment after waiting 45 minutes due to what I assume was a card reader issue. When I was checking out the manager was on the phone with someone about the issue and the reader wasn’t working, they had the audacity to ask if I had another form of payment or cash as if this was an issue on my end? AND THEY TREATED ME LIKE I WAS THE INCONVENIENCE. I WILL NEVER IN MY LIFE GIVE THIS PARTICULAR SUBWAY ANYMORE BUSINESS. Horrible.

This particular Subway doesn’t take ANY of the coupons that come in the mail or in the newspaper. Also the food preparation is mediocre and they charge extra for everything. I won’t return I’ll just go to Publix Deli or Jersey Mike’s in the next shopping center.

After a long day of moving, michael made my sandwich perfectly. He was extremely kind and helpful. He was very happy and put me in such a good mood. Thank you michael!!
