Írjon visszajelzéstThis isn’t a fancy restaurant, but the purpose of this place is to feed the family members of patients and patients itself. They have one of the best food I have ever eaten in the hospital. Everything is fresh and the BEST PART, they are super reasonable. I got Cheese Burger, side of onion rings and side of fries all for $8.xx. Their food was super fresh and really good quality. Taste wasn’t best but it was comfy food. The also have salad bar that gives you fresh salad, and Pizza bar. Because of all this reason, they also have people coming from outside to eat. The people working there and also sweet. Hats off to them for doing such a wonderful job and feeding the hungry stomachs.
Husband and I have made several visits to this restaurant since it opened and the first thing I have to say is that the seating is the most uncomfortable I have ever encountered. If you have long legs the only tables with enough room for them are outside on the patio. Breakfast has been a major disappointment. The omelets are inevitably dry, the Hollandaise sauce is rather tasteless, their idea of hash browns would do McDonalds proud, and apparently the belief is that you don't need either butter or jam for your toast. Not what I look for first thing in the morning. Their lunches, however, were much better. Several of their sandwiches were quite tasty (in warm weather, eaten outside on the patio , and the service seemed to be improving. However, on our last visit the lunch menu had been cut down to almost nothing. And, after we had made our choices, we were informed that the type of bread needed for the sandwiches was unavailable. After deciding on a substitution we then discovered that fries are no longer included; not even a pickle comes with the sandwiches. Plus, at the time we were there (noon! there was no ice for the iced tea and no sugar available. We have given this place a fair chance and I don't think we will be coming back (besides, it is getting too cold to sit outside
Clean and good variety. Grill with cooked to order burgers and hot sandwiches. Salad bar always fresh. Pretty good considering its a hospital cafeteria ... like if you have to get punched in the gut, this would be one of the better places to get punched in the gut
Methodist hospital has all the other hospitals in the Houston area beat when it comes to quality lunch for its customers. Has a moderate selection of food and snacks to choose from as well as 5 to 6 different stations of food. Service is good and cashing out is quick. Give them a try whenever you stop by the hospital or if you're just wanting to get a bite to eat.
The customer service was great. The food was horrible. My daughter ordered turkey sausage and instead, they brought a hot dog wiener cut in half and it was cold, then my order daughter ordered pancakes and it did not come with meat and her turkey bacon was cold as well. I ordered a croissant sandwich and the waiter didn't tell me it didn't come with meat my sandwich was brought to my table with just eggs, lettuce, cheese, and bread no meat. They did end up bringing me two small pieces of bacon for my sandwich after I asked, but this place was horrible and I would never ever ever eat here again, please don't waste your time going to this place. Pick a better place.
