Hours say 10 pm. In google maps it took me to maggie moos or something on Lexington otherwise I would have arrived at 9:30 pm. If you plan to close early change your hours.

I ordered 2 ice-cream cups through Uber Eats and ENING took the order. They did not have the Cotton candy flavor. The uber driver took just one ice-cream cup and I was charged for 2. When I called up there she said you can come and pick up the ice-cream. Very rude!!! Then I asked her for the address of the store. She said she didn't know the address and sounded proud of it. I got ripped off one cup of ice-cream and customer service was terrible. Never will I go there again. Lost my business for good.

It's just bad. The spoons are so flimsy, it's impossible to eat ice cream with it. The place is dirty. Never again.

Incorrect Hours listed on google. Drove 40 minutes to find the doors locked.

Got here at 9:45 pm and a couple was exiting with ice cream. Got to the door and it's locked. When I pointed to the sign that says 10 pm they pretended not to see me. Tapped on the window and they said closed. She then asked the lady in the back and was told no. This is how you lose loyal customers. I usually go to Rosenberg or Aliana and have never had issues. Seems like this location has many customers with issues. If you don't want to stay open until 10 change the sign and your google listing.
