Buffalo Wild Wings - Suisun

We had refreshing drinks on, fresh and delicious fried pickles and cheese curds and chicken wings. while the sf giants hit the la dodgers. service was great! the atmosphere was relaxing and festive. we had a great time!

My wife and I put an order for boneless wings, and we asked for our aromes. we received bones in wings, with the wrong aromes. my wife asked for limonade and the server was so little attention he said they were welcome and she did not get her limonade. all this activity was naturally very slow. It took a long time to get our food out. not all buffalo wild wings are like these, but this place is not gone. there were only one more couple, so no, they were not overhauled.

Absolutely under no circumstance will I ever return to this wild wings. We hist sat my girlfriend and I and never even said hello. We sat at our table with no menus for over 10 minutes before I finally got up and went to the wall side table and grabbed some for us. Seeing this, the two waitresses standing in the corner on there phone came over and politely asked if we needed a full menu. To witch I said yes please, still being polite at this point. Another 15 minuets go by, she returns to take our order. We ordered 20 pieces of boneless chicken and two side salads, with a drink from the bar. The drink came in 5 minutes. 30 minutes later, after politely asking the waitress if she could Chek on our food, she says that there just making our salad and our order would be out shortly. Another 15 minutes later, I got up and asked her again politely to let me pay for my drink and I would like to leave. Over an hour spent on our 1 day off a week trying to get food. Will never come back to this place and if ever asked about it will be more than willing to express my experience.

Service was not very good. Never have gone to a buffalo wild wings, not sure if I would go back. Food was very over priced for what we received. Hot food came out like warm. Wings were not coated at all and fries had been sitting for a long time. Not very fresh. Glass of water that was served had chocolate cake inside as well... Yummy. If you are looking for a decent value, I would recommend going elsewhere. Edit: contacted by customer service and it was no help at all. If you want poor customer service from even their corporate account, head in to this place. Highly unrecommended.

Came on a Sunday was not very busy, so I expected my eating to be fresh. my hair was warm, my pommes were warm and soft. the bathroom was okay. my waiter was very sweet and helpful. beautiful atmosphere wished that my eating was fresh from the frit!
