Rich's Famous Burgers Sullivan

Megan was our server Friday 11/10/2023. Excellent, friendly, fast very pleasant. We came back Saturday again excellent. However there was a table next to us that, to say the least, should’ve stayed home. Bunch of rude

We enjoyed the Jam Burger with fries. Delicious burger! I requested jam on the side and lettuce instead of bread. No problem! We have visited the St. James location and were aware of the great burger. Sullivan is a good location to stop at on our way to Montauk State Park. We were able to park our small RV with ease. Definitely stopping here again!

I was coming back from Onondaga State Park and stopped in. Alyssa was my server. She is great. I tried the burger that had peanut butter and spicy jam. It was yummy. It's definitely a great place for a burger.

The food was very good. The only thing that bothered me was the customers checking out in front of us. They received a military discount and I am happy you give military discounts but the cashier asked if they both served in the military. I'm thinking the discount is only on the person's dish that served. I hope I overheard this wrong. The family should also get the discount. That is just my opinion since the family goes through quite a bit as their loved one is trying to protect us. The food is very good and they are large portions. My kids told me about this place and a friend also. My granddaughter loves Rich's Burgers. She was so excited when we said we were going there. Thank you for a good place to eat. We do like it. You feel like you get your money's worth.

On 9/22 I called in and placed an order for me to pick up to take home. It was their catfish dinners. I ordered two, one with fries and one with slaw. They told me 20 minutes but I got there sooner. Came straight home, about 2-3 minutes at the most. I had ordered the fish to be extra crispy even if it looked burnt. The fish, lukewarm, was not crispy and was laying on the French fries were almost cold and was extremely flimsy. Is it not possible to get a order like you want it?????
