Taco Bell - Sumiton

Didnt care for the way you have to order now,no one on one with a live person.been seeing this a lot more and dont care for it at allParking: Lots of parking

This taco bell is hot hit and miss , one visit you might get hot freshly cooked food and the next visit the food has been sitting under a hot lamp for hours or days. They don 't have things that 's on the menu.

We went and got some food last night December 5th. The person who took order was nice and polite. When I got to the window, he took my money and gave me money back with no receipt. I pulled up to check my order, and it was wrong. It was missing two things that myself didn't get. We also got three extra things we didn't order! So I went in with the bag, and this young woman came up with brown hair, young looking. I kindly explained what had happened,. She told me, do you have your receipt? I said, no that gentleman never gave me one. She looked at me and said, well then I can not replace your ordered..I kindly told her I just came through drive thru and you saw me. She said sorry, company policy. So she made me walked out with out my food, I paid $25 for all it. I told my husband about it and he went in and this gentleman came to the counter and was kind and respectful and remade our order for us. I was so upset that this young woman was rude and just really didn't care about customer service.

Honestly the worst Taco Bell I’ve been to. Food is thrown in the bag hardly wrapped most of the time and there’s a good chance your food will be cold.

I love taco bell food! Dine in is always a good experience but the drive thru to often leaves items out and I have to go back if I don't check right thenVegetarian options: Veggie bowlParking: Easy access to entrance
