Matt's Pizza Dept. - Summerville

The name can be whatever (we've lived here when it was NYPD and now Matt's Pizza). The quality and portion sizes are great! The place is easy to miss, but once you find it you'll be happy you did! Capacity inside is also kinda small, which makes it easier to get the service you need. I've never had to ask for a refill and always need a to go box for the large portions they serve up. A solid choice for some pizza and wings!

The food is so fresh n flavorful. Me and my fiancee had the 14' philly style pie with 10 buffalo wings, garlic knots , and a homemade cannoli . The food was spectacular. The staff is so polite and helpful. If you really love New York style pizza then you should definitely come here if you're in Charleston.

This was a nice hidden restaurant in the corner. The pizza was good and the cheesiest I've ever had. The waiter was great! He made sure our entire group was satisfied with our orders. He was patient and very understanding with the children and kept a smile on his face and ours the entire time! It was well worth the trip...I can't wait to go back!

This was my first time at Matt's. My husband has been there several times. When he told me he wanted to go there for lunch I looked online at the menu to see what I could eat. I've recently had some dental surgery and my diet is very limited, however I did find something. I was also reading the reviews and thought that my husband had always spoke highly of this place. Well I have nothing but good things to say also. The server was phenomenal! She was patient with me and explained the foods I asked about. Our order came out and everything was just as she said. My husband enjoyed his usual and I enjoyed my first taste of Matt's! We will be back! Great place definitely recommend

I finally discovered a spot that serves my favorite BLT pizza! I used to enjoy it frequently when I lived in Kansas City and thought I'd never have it again after moving. A big thank you to the chef who prepared it for me the other day—you went above and beyond, and it was absolutely delicious! I will definitely be returning!
