Taco Bell - Summerville

I was very dissatisfied with my experience at this point. I understand they're from Mexican pizza. But when I tried to order a queen, I was told that you can only order it online. They do not specify this anywhere on the website, nor do they exist on the ordering board. It is on the drive thru menu. They refused to do it for me. When I got the food I ordered, it was broken into small pieces and was a complete mess. I will not return to this place.

The workers here are so friendly!! I honestly feel like this location has it down, you get the same service as you would at chick-fil-a.

The girl who took our order was articulate and friendly. The food was hot and my kids love the shredded chicken quesadillas so it a 5 star evening.

Two self serve kiosks. The tables and floors were dirty with food. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Plenty of napkins, straws and condiments. I went to get Mt.Dew and it was completely out. So I went up to the counter to tell the lady it was out. Three ladies at the front counter talking to each other and they ignored me. After a little while one of the girls looked at me and I told her that the Mt. Dew was out and she said yes . I asked her if by any chance they had any more Mt. Dew anywhere else (i.e. does the machine at the drive through counter have any Mt. Dew; do they have any more syrup they can put in the machine? The lady looked at me like I was stupid and said that they were out and then her and the other two girls laughed at me. The workers wore gloves but they would scratch their face or hair then go back to preparing food without changing out their gloves.

Forgot 4 items in our order. They did make it right, after making me feel like a thief. The veggie bowl was no where near full. You can see the bottom near the beans. I didn't say anything after already feeling bad.
