Marble Slab Creamery - Sumter

I visited the restaurant last night, and the young lady and gentleman working there were both helpful and respectful. Despite the long line, they delivered excellent customer service. The young lady who prepared my ice cream was very courteous; I believe she mentioned her name was Kadijah, though I’m not entirely sure if that’s right. (Sumter Store)

We had a fantastic experience here! The staff was friendly, and there were excellent dessert options. The only dairy-free option available was sorbet, but there was a wide variety of interesting toppings for all the different ice cream flavors!

I really love their ice cream and the white chocolate waffle bowl! They've recently changed management, and while they've increased their prices to be more in line with Columbia, I'm not sure that approach will work for very long. I believe they should consider returning to their original pricing to retain their regular customers and attract new ones. Just a suggestion!

I enjoy ice cream that is very hard, which is why I gave them a four-star rating instead of five. The service was excellent—there were no lines and no waiting time. The staff was patient and enthusiastic as my husband and I requested several samples. It's been a while since I last visited a Marble Slab Creamery, but overall, I had a great experience.

The service was a bit slow, but the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. This place feels like a family-owned version of Cold Stone, but with a much wider variety of flavors and mix-in options. I wanted a waffle bowl, but the gentleman on duty noticed that they looked a bit overcooked, so he suggested I get a dipped cone instead. He was great! Overall, it's a nice place and I’d definitely recommend it. However, it could use a bit more decoration to enhance the ambiance.
