While the menu at this place may resemble Wendy's, the service leaves much to be desired. It's frustrating to place an order only to discover that crucial elements are missing, like lettuce on a burger or the absence of Sprite soda. These repeated mishaps create a sense of disappointment and inconvenience for customers. Despite the appealing menu options, the inconsistency and lack of attention to detail tarnish the overall dining experience. It's disheartening when simple requests or standard menu items aren't fulfilled correctly. Such instances of oversight can significantly impact customer satisfaction and deter future visits. Hopefully, the establishment addresses these issues promptly to ensure that customers receive the quality service and accurate orders they expect and deserve. Until then, patrons may find themselves hesitant to return due to the consistent letdowns and shortcomings in service.

Literally just went there to get my husband and I breakfast I dropped his off at his work and then I came to work and got a text from my husband with the below picture. This is UNACCEPTABLE! We have been calling the location but can't get through to anyone. We are both at work and can't leave. This is UNACCEPTABLE! This had to have been done intentionally! Corporate will hear from me today!

How in the world ? does this place make any money? 4 cars in front and you will still wait 20-30 minutes to get your food. Fast food just ain't fast anymore.

This is supposed to be the New Ghost Pepper sandwich, missing ingredients, and probably the saddest excuse for a sandwich I've ever seen.Besides my sandwich being a failure they over cooked my wives chicken sandwich turning it into a piece of rubber.Don't get me started on the wrong drinks, marked the lids for what we wanted, but failed to fill them with the right drink.
