Írjon visszajelzéstThe Wendy's here is pretty good. It's similar to most I guess, but they usually don't take all that long to get your items out to you. I went here two weeks ago to try the Pretzel Pub and was pleased. They didn't skimp too much and it was definitelyfilling. The fries were good as well. I've yet to learn my lesson, but the bacon cheese fries are always sub-par. Not just here, but at all locations. I think I know why, but it's interesting that the preparation for this item is consistent across eachlocation. The spicy nuggets are pretty good. A bit pricey for what you get, but good. The employees here were friendly, sothat's always a big plus. Even though there was a long line, we didn't have to wait too long for our orders. I also like theplacement of this location. Not entirely sure why, but I just do. Probably my favorite one in the area.
Incredibly slow drive through. Wasted almost 40 minutes. You would at least expect the food to be fresh if they're so busy and letting people sit at the speaker for multiple minutes, but the food wasn't particularly fresh as if it had been there under thewarmer for a while. Interaction with an employee at the window was fine, but everything else is best described as bad.
Wendy's is one of our top two choices for fast food, but this particular location could benefit from a change in management. While the staff is working hard, they don't seem to be working well together. The main focus appears to be on the drive-thru. Unfortunately, the bun on our Dave's Double tasted stale, and the fries were dark and cold, indicating that it might be time to change the fryer oil. Additionally, the condiment and drink stations in the lobby were practically empty, with ketchup running low and only one drink machine functioning. I'm surprised that the young man working in the lobby and at the counter hasn't quit yet, as he had no support while dealing with a line of customers waiting for their food. This experience was not typical of Wendy's, especially regarding the quality of the burger and fries.
The staff here is incredibly friendly! Javier, the manager, covered the cost of my meal when I forgot my credit card, and Sandi, the cashier, even offered to pay out of her own pocket. I can’t express enough gratitude for their kindness—thanks to them, I didn't go hungry!
I'm new to these long cross-country road trips, driving 12 hours a day, and I've stopped at various fast food places along the way, all of which served coffee. However, my first visit to Wendy's in the afternoon was disappointing because they told me they didn't have any coffee. I might consider stopping at other places instead.
