Everytime I go to this Safeway, I get robbed, or at least they try. Yesterday, I gave a $50. My bill was $8 and some change. The girl handed me $20 something back. That didn't add up. She had moved on to the next customer and I asked what happened to the other $20 I was suppose to get and her comment I didn't have any more $20s.. , I said Thats ok, I'll take 10's or 5's.. Just because she didn't have the right denomination I guess I don't get my change. Then I was over c
Just got back from the SCW store (7:45 Friday night).....no 15 or less checker and only one other checker chewing her cud like a cow and who couldn't be less interested in her job. Line of people all wondering why there are no other checkers. Made it through that and went to customer service to get a lotto ticket. No one there but a young lady stopped long enough to tell me that customer service closes at 7......really safeway? You need to be more responsive to shoppers on the front end and if the store is open customer service should be open......just good management which this store lacks. Back to Fry's.......
Last night, on the 5th of February, two customers came in without wearing masks or even having them with them. Additionally, two workers were seen wearing very loose masks that only covered their mouths and left their noses uncovered.
I purchased a Home Depot gift card at this Safeway location in order to earn 5x gas rewards. Unfortunately, the cashier did not activate the card properly, causing me to now have to wait 4-6 weeks to receive my $200 refund. Safeway should focus more on their grocery offerings or ensure that their employees are properly trained.
