I really like the Dunkin Donuts in Sun Prairie WI. The staff is very friendly. You get your order very quick and it's accurate. The hot food is hot when you get it. I also like the location.

I bought a grilled cheese sandwich. I was thoroughly disappointed in this sandwich. The sandwich was half cooked. Only one side was toasted and the opposite side didn't touch the heat at all...the bread was soft. I opened the sandwich and the cheese was not melted. I could not turn around and go back or else I would have been late for work. Needless to say, I threw the sandwich away. Also, you all put way too much ice in your small drinks. After a couple of sips the drink is gone.
