Glass Nickel Pizza Co. – Sun Prairie

We ordered pizza to go and the whole experience was good! The pizza was ready upon arrival and the workers were fairly friendly. We were in and out quickly and didn't have any issues. The pizzas were also very good! We got a large ham and pineapple with their regular crust, the crust was just okay. We also got a 10 inch of the Thai pizza and it was SO good. We go this one in thin crust and liked that crust a lot better, so would recommend that. The new interior to the store is also super nice! They have a full bar and games to play. There were several people in there having pizza and it looked like a good time!

2-1/2 stars? Really? The food and service were both top shelf. I'm a New York pizza snob, and my whole family still all thought the pizza was excellent. A meal in a restaurant is always better when you have an energetic, friendly and helpful server, and I wish I had gotten the girls name but she was a gem. Will definitely be a repeat customer on every visit to Madison!

Wrong pizza given on pick up and they offered to deliver a new pizza and we never received it nor a phone call letting us know that. At least offer to refund our pizza as we threw out the pizza. We won't be ordering from here again.

Just had a really frustrating and disappointing conversation with a girl on the phone taking my delivery order. She was mumbling from the start, I had to repeat my phone number 4 times! She didn't understand their Dough Points reward system I had to explain it to HER... She never gave me a total but simply hung up after taking my cc number. Wow, a little training, oversight and setting expectations of being curtious could go a long way!! We easily order 3 times a week and it's been a frustrating experience for awhile now. I could leave a whole separate review about the last few deliveries cigarettes tossed in our yard and the last driver left a huge oil stain on our new driveway. Seriously?!

The new location is pretty nice. Hard to replace the vibe of the old building, however the did a pretty good job. Pizza is great as well as the ravioli. A meat ravioli would be a nice option
