Waba Grill - Sun Valley

I ordered half beef and chicken. It was the smallest amount of food I've ever seen from this place. Hard beef and barely and salad. I had six leaves in the salad. So disappointing I have never had a negative experience with them before. It won't be soon.

Worst waba grill ever. They skip the bowls. The barely rice, and they spread the chicken and the veggies around to make it look like its full. LOL. If you go to this place its a must that you should ensure that they made your bowl with the right amount of food and please make sure you have sauces. Because you can order 3 bowls and give them only 3 sauces? as if they just want you to put a drop in every bite. Even if you buy extra sauces MAKE SURE they put the amount you pay because they do not yet put the right amount. Especially when the older little lady is there, she'll be harassed when you ask for something. Not extra because she tears you off?

Zero stars! If you're thinking of paying more than a dollar extra for avocado, don't expect to actually get it! The fact that they even served the bowl without it shows they just don’t care. I won't be returning.

Graciela H provided some of the worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. I have no desire to return! I simply asked for extra sauce, as I had done in the past, since you typically have a fair amount available. She responded, "I have six packets." I asked for a little more, and then she said, "You want more?" in a condescending tone, before tossing them into my pocket. I'm sorry, Graciela, but if giving out a little extra Waba sauce is costing you money, maybe you should consider finding a new job.

The food here is enjoyable, but the customer service leaves much to be desired. The older Asian lady is pleasant, but the younger one has a poor attitude. Is it really that difficult to be polite and courteous? If she's going to continue having a negative demeanor, perhaps she should stick to cleaning instead of interacting with customers. I've heard similar complaints from friends and family; she's certainly earning a negative reputation for herself.
