Mystic Pizza - Sunbury

Very friendly, good pizzas. Cheap. Wearing puffer jackets is not a good look if you are serving though.

Honestly the employs/owner are such down to earth people they made a mistake on my order last week and were so quick to fix the issue even chucked in a free dessert and coke, Definitely one of my favourite restaurant hopefully there coping well in this pandemic !!

Guys your pizza come delivered SOGGY, the pizza bases are too thin in the middle, delivered last night 26/4 /21 .. I cant even pick a piece up and hold it... I had to use a knife and fork (really), you have been making pizza for a long time now you must know how to make the bases by now? Really people pick up your game for what you charge for a pizza I expect better

My husband and I enjoy the taste of the food here. We are regular clients since we move to Sunbury.

I ordered four pizzas, paid for, order confirmed by text. Over most of the following two hours I figured they might be having a busy night, so I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt.Four unanswered phone calls later I knew something was up. One has to draw the line somewhere...I drove to the store, told them what had happened and received the excuse that they were understaffed.Excuse me? How is that my problem? Apart from not receiving so much as a semblance of an apology, I had to fight to get my money back.The fact that I didn't get my pizzas is one thing. The rudeness of staff is quite another.Had the store simply refused an order they couldn't perform rather than playing games with me and my family, I probably wouldn't be writing this review.
