A & W Sundre

Very clean environment and friendly staff. They have a non seeded bun for those who cant have seeds. Not to far in town an gas station is right next door.

This last Monday was our second attempt to eat at this A&W location .We were staying at the beautiful Mountain view in next door and decided on one of our nights to have a burger . Our first visit the food was cold and burgers were dry and onion rings were crumbs in a bag. This last visit I asked if we could get fresh burgers and we wouldn 't mind waiting.I was told they are always fresh. Nope I got a dry reheated burger and my wife got a burnt bun with her chicken . I like A&W once and a while but this location is two for two for failing the customer with poor quality of food. I notified the manager and his response was we are constantly looking for areas where we can improve. Seriously the only area you have is a kitchen thats is supposed to make the same A&W Burger across Canada. Its not rocket science just follow protocols and make a fresh burger . Not reheated garbage! STAY AWAY!

We used their drive-thru. Wonderful fast food, A&W does it best. Very handy to be attached to a convenience store and the Shell gas pumps. Also, next to an excellent hotel, the Visitor Center and the garden center. Cheers to mini-holidays and enjoying food.

Friendly staff, missing their chicken on bone meal though but the other items on the menu are tasty and the staff very friendly

Went in Saturday morning. There were at least 10 people behind the counter and in the kitchen. Ordered two breakfast sandwiches and one chicken burger. I waited about 15 minutes. Most people after ordering had to wait. The girls before me were still waiting when I left. Very friendly service. Washrooms was clean.
