Riko Peruvian Cuisine - Sunnyside

I love this place they have very tasty Peruvian cuisine with good drinks and large portion sizes. The service is quick and friendly too, with a nice outdoor seating area. Their ceviche is great, and every time I go, I like to try new things since I?m never disappointed.

Though I'm Latina myself, I hadn't gone to a Peruvian spot exclusively so this was a good first time! When Diana seated us she poured us a complimentary glass of wine and overall was so sweet the whole time! Food itself was quite good. There is a dish they are know for here that my boyfriend ended up having that hit the SPOT and I low key wish I ordered his meal instead (though mine was good too, just wasn't a fan of the French fries). I?ve been coming to this place for many years. The chicken is amazing hands down. But everything else I?ve tried has been a complete zero. Today I had the lomo saltado. The stake was tough. The seasoning was very off, you couldn?t taste the alli Amarillo not the soy sauce on the lomo. The best part of the dish was the rice. I wanna be able to come to this place and have something other than the chicken from time to time. Please fix the recipe!

I?m Peruvian and this is by far the worst restaurant I?ve been to.. the waitress was ok, regular service but the food.. to start the canchita they serve you to start with, was long expired and the taste was sour and rotten. My family and I ordered the ceviche with combo chalaco the ceviche was too salty and horrible? the chicken was heated in the microwave which gives the pollo a la brasa a horrible taste and to top it off the fries were frozen.. I would give it 1 star or 0

It was such an amazing experience. The food was amazing and the service was great too. All the servers were super friendly and kind. And the food!!!! Great prices and the portions are huge. Had a great time with friends. The cooks know what they are doing.
