This is my best boba tea place in northern cal. Their boba is cooked right and its texture is super consistent, which I found is rare to find. Friendly and quick service and price is set reasonable. Highly recommended

Staff was friendly. And my boba tea was so tasty! Very reasonably priced which I super appreciate! I had the pork pulled sandwich and it was really good and again, really well priced. So glad I found this gem close to home!

Thr staff are very nice, and the tea is good! The shop is very cosy and they sell tea, some hot sandwiches, and some other things as well. They were out of boba when I went, and their packaged ? food things were mostly sold out, although I did go right after a very busy hour.

The roast beef wrap was crazy good, and the price was so reasonable. Delicious!!
