Service and drinks were horrible..can't really blame the server because she was bartending and serving half the restaurant alone. Meanwhile her Manager, a John Legend lookalike, is hooking up his friend with free beer at the bar. Not returning.

Matchbox franchise never fails anywhere. This was a quick post shop till you drop meal. Super small pizza s! Great bar atmosphere, even in afternoon

We went to the sawgrass mills location last night for happy hour. the atmosphere was fun, clean and airy. I cannot say enough about 2 of their team members (kenny and Larry). When we went to order, the online happy hour menu was different then the inhouse menu. We were informed that they are in the process of updating the website. when we asked our server (kenny) if they could honor the on-line, he said he had to ask the mgr. Not only did they honor the differences, but both Kenny (our server) and Larry (the bar manager) were professional, had outstanding customer service, and were friendly and went above and beyond. Our group goes out every week to happy hour usually with anywhere from 5-12 ppl and not only will we return again and again, but will highly recommend this location to all our friends and family. They have truly revitalized their charm! My recent visit was a delight. The attentive staff made the experience even more enjoyable, ensuring every need was met. It 's clear they 're committed to excellence. I highly recommend giving Matchbox a try. 5 stars well-deserved!

My family and I came to dine a couple weekends ago and I must say I can definitely tell there’s new management involved. It wasn’t my first time dining here but the other times were just okay. My most recent experience was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. The positive turnaround was obvious. Needless to say my family and I will be back!
