Írjon visszajelzéstLove big apple bagels but quite sure that they have made my sandwich useful when I gave a fairly low tip. Didn't even get my bagel. Just a sad, cold, undamaged bagel. I would type more when waitresses come to my table to ask my order and then bring out the order, but these are hourly wage earning employees. I shouldn't pay extra for their wages. You just take my order, make a sandwich and call my name. This?s not really 10$ top worthy service on a 15$ order. Small employees?
I ordered bagels online as a surprise gift for my daughter, and they arrived exactly as I requested and on time. I called the store to ask if they could add a note to the bag, letting her know they were from her parents, and they did so without hesitation. The bagels were fantastic, too!
I'm afraid I can't leave a positive review. During my visit, the staff was unable to hear me when I placed my order, and I had difficulty hearing them as well because they spoke too quickly and too quietly. I ordered a hazelnut latte but ended up with a plain latte instead. When I pointed out the mistake and mentioned that I had ordered a hazelnut latte, the response was simply, "That costs extra." There was no offer to correct the error or even an apology—just a dead-end response. As a result, the latte went straight into the trash, and I left feeling disappointed. With such poor customer service, it will be hard for me to return. I've been in customer service for 20 years, and how you handle mistakes makes all the difference in creating a positive customer experience, even when things go wrong initially.
So many bagels to choose from! If you don't have a bagel person they have many muffins! Was not impressed by the Smores Mocha. However, the smoothies are delicious and go with a lunch BLT.
Ordered a bigger box for the morning of a wedding. I got so many compliments on how soft and tasty the bagels were! Will definitely be back!
