Waves Buffet - Surfers Paradise

Fantastic seafood buffet. Good variety which included smoked salmon, crab, oyster and Morten bay bugs!!! The seasonal veg soup was amazing. We usually only drink pumpkin soup at buffets but this was similar if not better.

Had the opportunity to try their buffer breakfast for 2 days. Must day it was a delight. Simple food with great taste. The staff very polite and helpful. From Pancakes with syrups and ice cream to the live omlette section. You will enjoy the variety. Juices and warm beverages are on the house. Plenty of salad to pick from. There are a good variety of eggs from egg benedict to scrambled, poached. Fruits are available too. What Could be improved Pastry could be added Flavored yogurt must be included My Fav Omlette with mushroom and cheese Pancakes with maple syrup Danish section

Only worth it for the seafood. If you don't eat seafood you're better off going to Cliffords next door. The seafood quality is excellent but the food selection in general for a buffet is very very lacking. There are barely any waiters going around to clear the plates, which makes for terrible service.

Happy with the buffet breakfast we had at Waves restaurant last Thursday. I have never seen anywhere else serving rice, curry chipeas, freshly cooked omelettes and fresh green salad as breakfast. Love the healthy salad options available. Will definitely come back probably on a Saturday to see if there is congee and fried rice.

Well, could be one of choice seafood buffet in Gold cast ... but just average ... In the middle of surfers paradise ... good locations for tourist and just behind of tram station ... Foods are ok ... just ok ... $59 for week days .. need to more selection of salad of few more items like some more fish or sashimi or sushi .... maybe ... Staff Super friendly ... nice and cozy atmosphere ... It is ok ...
