We went there because of the ice cream that is unfortunately not vegan (but sometimes you need to make an exception), and discovered that they also serve vegan packs. In fact, coconut ice is the best of the two we tried. If you are open to go for a non-vegan contract, then this is worth it. We tried all three packs (falafel, vegetables and curry), and all are delicious and delicious. They say that two to three packs form a meal. Depending on how hungry you are, two packs or even one of the “Nußvenggie” can be sufficient. The price of 70 pesos for a pack is an excellent offer. In addition to the packs, they also offer smoothies and fruit juices that we did not try. If you stay close to this area, lunch or dinner at this place is worth the ride.
Friendly staff. Appropriate price. The packs really taste good! You also have this special sauce that goes really well with the packaging, but be careful as it is a little sharp. I haven't tasted coffee yet. Maybe next time.
What a little hidden gem, away from the main road. Many places to park your scooter also nearby. We had the Adobo and the Ginsoy Rice/Egg Combo and they were absolutely beautiful. Really local cuisine cooked by local people. Small menu, that is, they can really focus on the food they serve and it really shows. Very cheap, for two people food and drinks it was 640php (not including tip) but for what you eat, you would have thought you would pay much more.
On the way back to GL. Recommended coconut ice cream.
100 of 100! I'm a foodie freak, so here we drove from General Luna (60 km) just to try their best in the world coconut ice cream. It was amazing. The concept of the cafe itself. Beginning with many books you can read. Then the philosophy that it is affordable for tourists and locals. Then the food. We ordered 3!!! Portions of ice cream and some veggie nuts roll. Everything was delicious.
