Írjon visszajelzéstI really stopped in to see if I could buy a sandwich hogie roll, didnt see any. Ordered a reuben, there's not really a kitchen for the sandwiches. They warm it in a pan on a single tabletop burner. The price was decent, the sandwich tasted fine, i just didnt blow my skirt up. I should've tried the cannolis
Our first visit to this establishment left much to be desired. It was a rude and disconcerting experience from start to finish. The person at the counter, a young lady with earphones in her ears (rude counter person), contributed to the poor customer service experience. We looked around at the window items and noticed a small cafe with a few people dining in. While perusing the wall menu and in the process of placing an order, a lady who was already seated with food on her table approached the counter politely, asking for assistance. However, the rude counter person told her she had to get a number before placing an order. Despite the lady 's polite inquiry, the counter person condescendingly repeated the instruction, leaving her frustrated and unattended. As General Honore famously stated during Katrina with reporters, the attitude of the rude staff person here was like being “ You are stuck on Stupid.”To make matters worse, when another staff member approached us, the same rude counter person bluntly asked, 'What do you want? ' I mentioned that I was considering ordering a meal, to which she responded by asking if we had a number. Upon confirming we did not, she curtly informed us that we needed one to place an order. Her unprofessional tone and lack of empathy reminded me of service experiences reminiscent of the old Eastern Communist Bloc countries. The number dispenser, broken and poorly positioned near the entrance, added to the confusion, making it unclear when or where we were supposed to obtain a number. The instruction 'THOU SHALL GET A NUMBER BEFORE SERVICE ' was not prominently displayed and was unclear. The sad part is that the place was not crowded; only a few people were in the cafe area, and no one was waiting in line. Despite expressing that it was our first time there, the process was not explained clearly. However, it 's worth noting that another staff member was helpful when she called out number 41 and offered assistance. She also kindly explained the pizza dough process, which was appreciated. In summary, the lack of professionalism and care for customers in this establishment was disappointing. I informed the courteous staff member that we had lost our appetite and had no intention of dining there. Despite driving 23 miles to try this place, we were ultimately relieved to discover other non-chain restaurants with professional service and excellent meals. We will happily return to those establishments, but we have no plans to revisit this one.It 's a reminder to carefully choose where we invest our hard-earned money, prioritizing establishments that value and appreciate their customers!
Was excited to try this bakery. I bought a strawberry tart which was very delicious and buttery, and many things in the case looked good. I decided to take home a pizza which turned out to be the worst pizza I have ever had. The dough was basically like eating empty carbohydrates, and the pizza didn’t have enough sauce or cheese on it. It literally became a treat for my dogs which they enjoyed. I might try the bakery again sometime, but probably won’t go out of my way to do so as I did this time. I would have to agree with other reviewers regarding the service. The lady behind the counter acted like she didn’t want to be there and was not very friendly.
Price was way too much for the baked goods. Parking: Overpriced
Dined in . It was very busy. They ran out of red sauce at noon...
