Nypd Pizza - Surprise

Took my Mom to NYPD for the gluten free pizza as I used to do frequently years before. I expected the usual busy atmosphere, but found few other diners. The service was OK, but casual. The pizza quality was much poorer than in the past and my pasta dish was very average. I don't know what has gone wrond, but we won't be back.

Called ahead to have pizza delivered to our house. Pizza arrived promptly when scheduled and was correct temperature. Pizza was one of the best I have had.

We recently moved to the area and are so happy we found this place. We have ordered pizza twice now but the other day decided to go in and eat. We had the fried mozzarella appetizer, a pizza and salad. Quite literally THE best pizza we have ever had. The mozzarella appetizer ruined us, we cant order from anywhere else again, it is so amazing and the sauces they serve it with are phenomenal. The salad was great too! Glad we chose this place first when we moved here because we dont need to search anymore. Wait staff is very friendly. Kayla and Amy are outstanding!

The pizza here is excellent, and the staff is friendly. The cold beer is a great bonus! What more could you ask for? The pizza is delicious, the restaurant is very clean, and the atmosphere is pleasant.

To show her appreciation, Amy treated us to a complimentary dessert, which was delightful. Our waitress, Cait, was a breath of fresh air—so cheerful and engaging. Unlike some places we had visited recently, where the server seemed unhappy, Cait made us feel like part of her family. By the way, Cait, if you happen to read this, we truly hope you find the tooth your dad accidentally discarded! As for the food, everything was great and the service was top-notch. Both Amy and Cait checked in on us throughout the meal to ensure everything was satisfactory. My only piece of constructive criticism (which is why I'm not giving them a full five stars) is that the restaurant could be a bit cleaner. It wasn't bad, but the table felt a little sticky, as did the floor. The restroom earned a 6/10—nothing terrible, but it could certainly use some tidying up.
