Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

:canes customer service is okay, you eat is terrible, the sweet tee tastes worse than mcdonalds, canes is the overestimated thing in arizona next to in out, the only good an canes is their brot not even sauce chick-fil a-sauce is 10x better than this mule. the part worst is that they have a sort of 0, they give a garbage can that nobody eats.

$11 for 4 pieces meal with huh 3 inches long seems overpriced. visited at 9 o'clock and line was long and slow. I asked for hot sauce. I didn't understand. dark skinned girl working second window spent more time flirting with the customer before me after he got to be eating, so I guess it apologises the lack of good quality eating. she was very rude. did not even smile and gave me my food in an open container. like all other chains canes has gone downhill.

The Texas toast is flavorful, but could use more garlic butter for added crunch. The chicken fingers are tasty, but the portion sizes are small and the bread is too soft. The lemonade is freshly squeezed and refreshing.

I placed my order at the restaurant, and the cashier asked if I wanted a receipt. I agreed, but soon realized that they only use names to identify orders. I received my drink and waited for my name to be called, but after 15-20 minutes of waiting, I approached the counter and the cashier never asked if I needed help. I had to inquire about my order myself, and she couldn't find it under my name. The manager was called over, and he immediately inquired about my receipt. I explained that the cashier had not provided me with one and suggested that they should give receipts to everyone. The manager mentioned that they were busy, which caused a delay in my order. I ended up waiting 10 more minutes to receive my food, while customers who had ordered after me had already finished and left. It took a total of 30 minutes from the time my order was placed to when I received it. Additionally, the diet coke I ordered was not to my liking, so I had to switch it out for sweet tea. Unfortunately, both sweet tea dispensers were empty, and I had to settle for unsweetened tea. This experience reminded me of a previous encounter at another location of the same chain, and I have decided not to return to this restaurant.

This was my first time and I was underwhelmed. I knew they had chicken tenders I didn't know that was the ONLY thing they have. I got the three piece two were small to average size one was tiny, like half the size of the other two. Wasn't bad but nothing special and won't go out of my way to go back.
