Starbucks - Surprise

My daughter and I go every morning for our coffee like a ritual. We never had bad services. Staff here always smile and talk to customers to get to know them. Our coffee is always right. We look forward to going in this starbucks, they remember your name.

OMG! This is my happy place! I love Starbucks! I love the games that they offer twice a year! The service is wonderful, the Baristas are friendly! They go out of their way to do whatever they can to make your Beverage food the best and make your customer service experience excellent.

It was quite the wait but understandably due to the amount of people in at the time. Staff got everyones drinks out in a timely manner. Kat was my cashier and engaged in enjoyable small talk while waiting to complete my order. Entire staff worked well together and communicated greatly to accompany the rush.

As expected, we were able to get our delicious favorite lattes. Polite and professional staff. My wife and I were on a cross country RV trip and stopped by here to grab some coffee and quiet. We were super tired and something about the ease and simplicity of a Starbucks always makes things better! Lol It was one of the easiest places to get to in a 31 foot RV. We definitely were able to manage the parking. We definitely recommend this Starbucks to everyone stopping by, driving through or local!

This is my favorite Starbucks in the Surprise area. It's a bit off the main road, but worth the time to come into the shopping center. The staff here are amazing! I've been coming in here for about 3 months. After my second visit they knew me by name! They not only know my favorite order, they are always friendly, and provide superior service. They make great suggestions and are very professional. They even recognized my order when I did an app order and knew I wanted three splendas! floored The food and drinks are consistent and quality I expect. It always starts my day off on a great note when I come in here.
