Spice Of Nepal - Surrey

I visited a few days ago and was served by a girl named Aliza. She was incredibly friendly, and her customer service was exceptional. This has always been one of my favorite restaurants, and while their service is usually decent, my first experience there this time was extraordinary, thanks to her. A big shoutout to Aliza!

We've dined here frequently, but this visit left us disappointed with the food quality. We always order the tandoori momos, and we did again today, but unfortunately, they were completely soggy and soft. Typically, tandoori dishes are known for their crispiness. Additionally, the yellow sauce had an unpleasant smell.

Unfortunately, the waitstaff seemed inattentive, making it hard to get their attention when we needed assistance. They appeared indifferent to our concerns, and when we tried to address the issues, we were met with a lack of interest. The combination of poor communication on the phone and the unsatisfactory dining experience left us feeling let down and dissatisfied. I believe it's essential for a restaurant to prioritize both take-out and dine-in customers and to provide attentive service to foster a positive experience. To make matters worse, when we politely voiced our concerns to the servers, they were dismissive and offered no solutions or apologies, highlighting that customer satisfaction did not seem to be their priority. Regrettably, my experience at Spice of Nepal did not meet expectations, and I would be reluctant to return or recommend it to others based on this unfortunate encounter. I hope the management takes these criticisms to heart and works to improve their service standards in the future. Overall, I was deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism and courtesy shown by the restaurant’s staff. I will not be returning to Spice and cannot recommend it to others due to the poor customer service experience.

We had dinner yesterday and Anant was our server. She was absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond to help us choose the perfect dishes. Despite it being a busy day, the staff worked diligently to serve us promptly. There are so many wonderful things I could say about this place, but words can't fully capture my love for it. The food is delicious, and the service is exceptional—especially from Anant. She is incredibly professional, and the level of service she provides is truly remarkable. If you visit this restaurant, I highly recommend asking for her to enhance your experience. Overall, it was a great outing!

The food was outstanding and truly authentic. Alizia really made our experience special; she was polite and friendly, ensuring all our needs were taken care of. I was impressed by her service and warm smile. I'm so pleased that such excellent servers are part of such a fantastic restaurant!
