Tim Hortons - Surrey

I walked by this Tim Hortons in the morning of February 28,2023, at 9:10am, when there is snow fall. I was on my way to work. I fell down right out of the store 's door and hurt my right knee. I felt painful but fortunately, I still could get up and walk. I walked into the store to tell the staff what just happened and asked them clean the path by their shop door.None of the four staff cares at all. They don 't even want to stop one second to hear what I am saying. They told me they are working. They let me feel I am silly and bothering them while they are working .Yes they are serving other people, does it mean they are supposed to behave totally indifferent when hearing people fell down right out of their store???

My friend and I go for coffee once a week. We love the coffee and Ice Capps on warm days. Used to take my Mom here too for coffee and Apple Fritter before she passed away. Have always liked Timmies.

Went through my drive through. Ordered 2 ice cappuccino. Good time for us to get served. All in all a good experience but nothing outstanding. Nothing bad either. My et mm y be expectations.

The food and coffee are great, but they need more workers.

Coffee not what it used to be , should never have changed. It went from 1st choice to 3rd or 4th
