Blacksmith - Surry Hills

I wish there were an option for 4.5 because Blacksmith fits it perfectly. I ordered for the Veggie Smitty Burger before arriving at the place as I was running late, when I reached there I had to wait for like two mins at max, and my order was ready. I had customised my burger without egg, and they add avocado instead! Only a few cafes understand how to go above and beyond to impress a customer. Blacksmith is one of them!

Very well decorated place. I like their Asian inspired menu. I ordered the kim chi rice which were quite tasty. Service was friendly and approachable. Would come back for more!

In all honesty, this restaurant really impressed me with their take on Eggs Benedict. The "kimchi" rosti was especially delicious and unique. The pulled pork and edamame, paired with the amazing yuzu hollandaise sauce, were also standout elements. The tri-colored quinoa, however, was a bit of a letdown as it lacked any special flavor or flair. It wasn't bad, but it was definitely overshadowed by the Eggs Benedict. I would definitely recommend this place for their Eggs Benedict, and I look forward to coming back to try the French toast next time.

We went to this cafe for my birthday with friends. We were 20 and they accept booking, which is nice and not all the restaurants are accepting it even more during weekends. We all appreciated the food there. As much the sweet meal than the savouries. I enjoyed so much my Apple and Cinammon french toast. With a lot of fruits and perfectly baked. They have a lot of original dishes with jalapeno or beer braised pork that I really want to try next time.

First I just wanted to have my piccolo to take away, then feeling a bit hungry, those pear and berry bread was looking so tempting.So I decided to eat in,Service was friendly and efficient, barista made a very good coffee, For sure I’ll be back for their savory breakfast
