Maya Tandoori - Surry Hills

I never EVER do reviews unless it's AWFUL because I own a cafe and hate the bad vibes BUT this place is ridiculous.

I just live down the road and this is my favourite neighbourhood joint This place has a nicer ambience than maya da dhaba across the rd.

Food was OK can't complain but seating area is bit confused. Once this place get busy you don't know where to step. Restroom wasn't clean. Staff was ok.

The Lamb Rogan Josh and Chicken Kadai is recommended.This place has a decent ambience and the upper floor is for non vegetarian lovers. The food is outstanding and simply reminds you of authentic Indian dishes which are well cooked and aromatic here. The service is pretty quick with decent staff

Always had a great Chicken Tikka and Murg Makhani from here, service can be slow but why do I need to rush? Good things come to those that wait and these curries are worth it.
